Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform HVAC, appliance, and electrical repairs across our properties. The role includes plumbing tasks, make-ready inspections, and providing guidance to Level 1 technicians.

The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong reliability, and the ability to work on-call. A focus on safety and resident service is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with intermediate knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs; assist with trash removal and curb painting.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
