Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our community. You will handle electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC work, and general repairs to ensure a comfortable living space for residents.

You will coordinate with management and contractors to deliver high-quality service. The role requires being available for emergencies, working weekends and evenings if needed, and contributing to preventive maintenance to avoid issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to fix-it expert for maintenance requests
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable
• Repair showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• Perform minor pool maintenance
• Work with contractors to monitor outside vendors
• Maintain community curb appeal with light landscaping and cleanup
• Prepare homes for new residents
• Prioritize safety and report issues
• Take on special maintenance projects
