Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Happy Valley, OR. You will address apartment and property maintenance duties with a focus on safety and curb appeal, while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, plus preventative maintenance and timely work-order completion. A valid driver's license and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, and HVAC as directed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, and door/lock repair.
• Execute preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, and grounds upkeep.
• Update and close work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and respond per policy.
• Communicate issues to maintenance leadership promptly.
• Adhere to safety rules and risk management requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional interaction with residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the company well.
