Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oregon. You will address apartment and property maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of customer service and curb appeal across the assigned property.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC, with a focus on safety, reliability and resident satisfaction. Compensation is hourly with a housing discount benefit and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed.
• Repair wallboard, countertops, cabinets, windows, doors, and tile.
• Carry out preventive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, elevator upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
