Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our communities. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, assist with make-ready, and help keep common areas safe and functional.

This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-call emergencies are part of the job, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready processes per objectives.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards.
• Assist in inventory and safety programs.
• Provide on-call emergency support.
