Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician in our communities. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical system knowledge.
• HVAC EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and secure authority before entering apartments.
• Adhere to safety/OSHA requirements and report hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
