Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks across their communities. You will respond to repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with safety and compliance while ensuring a positive resident experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of related maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a High School diploma or GED. Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair knowledge.
• HVAC/EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety; uphold OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
