Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties across our communities. You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor and handle tasks from painting to HVAC checks, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.

The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, excellent communication, and a strong customer-service mindset. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance.
• Repair and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety during work.
• Attend in-service trainings and education sessions.
