Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance duties across our communities. The role involves interior and exterior upkeep, responding to repair requests, and ensuring resident privacy and safety.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with vendors as needed. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to Bell Core Values.

Qualifications

• Requires basic maintenance knowledge for interior and exterior areas.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities, based on staffing levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
