Zusammenfassung

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks, repairs, and safety-compliant duties across our communities. You’ll help maintain high resident satisfaction by addressing requests promptly and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, 1-3 years of experience, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend in-service trainings.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
