Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks across our communities. You will respond to repair requests, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards while ensuring resident privacy and timely service.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience (preferred), a High School diploma or equivalent, and basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance of the community and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and entry permissions.
• Ensure safe storage of maintenance items and equipment.
