Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance needs of our properties across the portfolio. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Regular on-site attendance is required; you will respond to requests for common areas, buildings, and units, assist with scheduling turn events, and ensure safety and EPA/OSHA standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units.
• Assist with the make-ready process and scheduling of turn events.
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with safety programs and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain records regarding service requests and maintenance activities.
