Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

• Ability to snowplow using company truck/plow according to snowfall standards.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self‑directed work environment.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of rental homes and work orders from residents.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems and fixtures.
• Provide seasonal snow removal and ground upkeep.
• Assist with supervising on-site contracted work as needed.
