Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our properties. The role focuses on home and building repairs, grounds maintenance, and providing excellent resident service with a strong safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities include upkeep of common areas, plumbing and electrical tasks, snow removal, and collaboration with the Operations and Community teams to meet property goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems; replace worn parts.
• Provide seasonal snow removal and groundskeeping; operate lawn care equipment and plows as required.
• Support on-site contractor work and assist with inspections of amenities.
