• Broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques.

• Ability to snowplow with company vehicle.
• Self-directed with ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Effective written reporting and note taking.
• Team player with flexibility for on-call, nights and weekend.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on homes, streets, facilities, and equipment.
• Maintain grounds and perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Inspect and repair plumbing and electrical components as required.
• Supervise on-site contracted work with Community Manager.
• Follow safety regulations and operate company vehicles and machinery.
• Work evenings/nights and weekends as needed.
