Job summary

You will perform routine and preventative repairs, service plumbing and electrical systems, and care for grounds, buildings, and amenities while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires practical skills with hand and power tools, ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, a valid driver’s license, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance techniques and preventive upkeep.
• Ability to operate and supervise use of basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting.
• Repairs and services plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Operates equipment for snow removal and basic construction tasks when required.
• Inspects and maintains community facilities and equipment.
• Assists in supervising contracted work and completing daily checklists.
