Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role performs repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of homes, streets, facilities, and equipment while focusing on safety and resident satisfaction.

You will work with the Operations and Community teams, handle groundskeeping, snow removal, and ensure the property's systems—plumbing, electrical, and landscaping—are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/community maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on homes, streets, facilities and equipment.
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Operate lawncare equipment and snow plow as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping and curb appeal.
• Support on-site contracted work and safety procedures.
