Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe and well-maintained. You will handle service requests, assist with new home delivery/set-up, and support team safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and may have HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing experience. A valid in-state driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool operation experience are a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency in industry software and using electronic devices/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds and common areas clean and orderly.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and coordinate repairs with management.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with safety standards.
