Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and stocked. You will assist residents, complete service requests, inspections, and support new home delivery and setup.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and ability to read water meters. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred; HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience is a plus. This is an on-site position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• OSHA trainings or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on community assets and homes.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Respond to service requests and after-hours calls.
• Read water meters, identify leaks and resolve issues.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with new home delivery and setup and report warranty work.
