Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well‑maintained. You will interact with residents, handle service requests, perform inspections, and assist with new home delivery and setup.

Candidates should have a valid in‑state driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a basic OSHA awareness. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool operation experience are a plus, as is proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Pool Operation experience preferred.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality or safety standards.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and resolve issues as applicable.
• Aid in new home delivery and setup and report warranty/follow‑up work to management.
• Deliver resident notices as requested by management.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles per safety standards.
• Participate in all required team/safety meetings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid in-state driver’s license

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience
