Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will handle service requests with residents, assist in new home delivery/set-up, and ensure quality upkeep of community assets.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, meter reading, and safety compliance, with on-call after-hours response. A valid state driver’s license is required and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely, safe manner.
• Read water meters, identify, and resolve leaks.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold OSHA standards.
