Job summary

YES Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe and well-maintained, manage inventories, and respond to service requests. You will assist with new home delivery and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license and a high school diploma; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operation experience is a plus. Excellent teamwork and communication with residents are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to safety standards.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing or pool operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and home refurbishments, manage work orders.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and lots; respond to after-hours requests.
• Inspect and report warranty/follow-up work; assist with new home delivery setup.
• Uphold OSHA standards and operate company vehicles safely.
• Assist with snow removal and maintain safe road conditions.
