Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician at Homewood Suites in Kansas City, MO. The role involves preventive maintenance, guest-room care, and timely work-order completion to support exceptional guest experiences.

Qualified candidates have 6+ months in maintenance; lifting requirements; and potential HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications. Atrium offers growth, benefits, and a culture of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Compensation Range : $20.48-$21.50
