Job summary

Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance position to handle preventive tasks, guest room care, and repairs across hotel systems. You will complete work orders, troubleshoot basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing issues, and help with pool maintenance and general site upkeep.

The role requires at least 6 months in general maintenance, with HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
