Qualifications

• Two years experience in a maintenance position.
• Knowledge of building maintenance practices and materials.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance tools and machines safely.
• Order materials and manage calls.
• Perform repairs to building, equipment, and appliances as directed.
• Move and rearrange furniture within the community.
• Review maintenance logs and respond to requests promptly.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and paint surfaces.
• Maintain exterior grounds and assist with landscaping and trash.
• Carry out basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs.
• Transport residents in community vehicle as needed.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance schedule.
• Assist with safety drills.
• All other duties as assigned.
