Responsibilities include operating tools, painting, basic electrical, preventative maintenance, and assisting with resident safety drills; requires HS diploma and 2 years maintenance experience; capability to lift 50 lbs; flexible weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building maintenance practices.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, work well in a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tools and equipment used in maintenance and building trades.
• Disassemble and move furniture as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on facilities, equipment, and appliances.
• Paint surfaces and maintain exterior grounds as directed.
• Assist with resident safety drills and transport residents as needed.
• Maintain logs and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
