Responsibilities

• Lubricates and cleans equipment parts; reports problems to Director of Maintenance.
• Checks and replaces light bulbs and exit signs.
• Cleans lint, dust, and dirt from dryers, vents, and heat registers in patient areas.
• Hoses out garbage cans and keeps grounds clean.
• Assists in fire drills and safety training.
• Washes exterior windows and screens as assigned.
• Assists with lubricating chairs and carts; supports housekeeping with floor care and room upkeep.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
