Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as listed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tools and machines used in building maintenance.
• Perform repairs to building, equipment, and appliances as directed.
• Move furniture and transport residents as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds and assist with landscaping and trash removal.
