Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our managed properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory control, and coordinating with vendors to ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) and valid driver’s license for cart operations on property. Competitive benefits and comprehensive insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state and local certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely readiness for move-ins.
• Track inventory, request needed materials, and return unused items to the proper storage; notify supervision on re-orders.
• Document service requests timely and accurately to ensure proper record keeping; complete maintenance paperwork.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities upkeep, including cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and use materials efficiently.
• Participate in periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk concerns and report to management.

Formation
