Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks at our properties. You will diagnose defects, order parts, and ensure code compliance while keeping accurate work logs.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts. We offer comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus at some sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems while following safety policies.
• Complete documentation of work performed and materials used.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect and document site safety, housekeeping, and common area upkeep.
