Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties under supervision, delivering excellent resident service and maintaining curb appeal at the assigned property.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting and general upkeep, with a focus on safety, timely work orders, and responsive communication with maintenance leadership and residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance and carpentry maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
