Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance across apartment communities, handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs while upholding high customer service standards.

You will support preventative maintenance programs, respond to emergencies, and ensure the property stays clean and appealing for residents. A valid driver's license, basic carpentry and communication skills are required, with benefits supporting wellness and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance duties.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop replacement, tile repair.
• Assist with proactive preventative maintenance like painting, lighting, and safety systems.
• Maintain work orders to ensure timely, quality completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance as needed.
