Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry repairs, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and proactive preventative work. You will support safety, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across property grounds and common areas.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Maintain accuracy of work orders and communicate issues to leadership.
