Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will respond to emergencies, conduct preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the property manager to keep units and common areas in top condition.

The role offers $25 per hour with a $500 hiring bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, door/lock repair.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify repairs.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance; respond to issues promptly.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules and regulations.
