Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support North Park Living and other properties in Las Vegas. The role includes repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry, plus proactive maintenance to preserve safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field is preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement and door/lock repair.
• Execute preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers and elevators.
• Maintain the work order system to ensure timely, high-quality resident service.
