Responsabilités

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the supervisor or property manager.
• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertops, doors, windows, tiling.
