Qualifications

• At least one year of property management experience required.
• CFC, HVAC, or EPA certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license required.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry.
• Maintain work orders and ensure on-time completion to standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies such as snow removal and weather events.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, professional manner.
