Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks at LaVie SouthPark in Charlotte, NC. You will uphold high customer service standards and curb appeal while supporting the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

The role requires electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance skills; it includes an on-call rotation and safety compliance responsibilities consistent with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of property management experience is required.
• CFC, HVAC, or EPA certification is required.
• A current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license is required.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Carry out proactive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, and elevator systems.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and safety standards.
• Respond to property emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Communicate issues with maintenance leadership and ensure timely resolutions.
