Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Georgia.

You will maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, handle on-call service requests, assist with new home delivery and setup, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the community. We value hands-on problem solving, reliable communication with residents and vendors, and the ability to operate and maintain all company vehicles in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Complete all work timely without compromising safety or quality.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls according to on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify and resolve leaks within the community.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in new home delivery and setup and report warranty work.
• Deliver resident notices as requested by management.
• Participate in team and safety meetings.
• Uphold OSHA standards and PPE as required by state law.
• Maintain safe winter road conditions via snow removal and de-icing.
