Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well stocked. You will interact with residents, complete service requests and inspections, and support asset upkeep while following safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, material handling, and collaboration with the team to ensure timely, quality work and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing a plus.
• OSHA training or certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency with industry software and electronic devices/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and home refurbishments.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; respond to service requests.
• Inspect and read water meters; identify leaks and fix as needed.
• Assist with new home delivery, setup, and warranty work reporting.
• Follow safety practices and participate in team meetings.
