Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will handle service requests, inspections, and the upkeep of assets, coordinating with residents and management.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience, with OSHA trainings a plus. A valid driver’s license is required, and physical tasks include lifting and climbing as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience are a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and electronic devices/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and work-orders.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and orderly.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read meters, identify leaks, and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist in home delivery/set-up and report warranty work.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate company vehicles following safety procedures.
