Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will respond to service requests, assist with new home delivery and setup, and participate in safety meetings with teammates and residents.

You will read meters, fix issues promptly, and help manage supplies while upholding OSHA standards and safety protocols across the community.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool operation experience a plus.
• OSHA trainings a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read water meters and identify leaks; report findings to management.
• Aid in home delivery/set-up and report warranty work.
