Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and stocked. You will handle service requests, inspections, and assist with new home delivery and setup.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA training is a plus, and a valid in-state driver’s license. Expect to work with residents, vendors, and manage safety and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• OSHA trainings or certifications are a plus.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and home refurbishments.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Respond to service requests and after-hour emergencies per on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report to management.
• Assist with new home delivery/set-up and warranty follow-up.
• Operate company vehicles safely and comply with OSHA standards.
