Job summary

YES Communities in Mableton, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, clean, and functional. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with home refurbishments and deliveries as needed.

You will read meters, identify leaks, manage tools and equipment, and support safety programs. A valid GA driver’s license and previous housing or refurbishment experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• OSHA trainings or certifications are a plus.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing or pool operation knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report issues.
• Assist in new home delivery, setup, and warranty follow-up.
• Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices.
