Job summary

Asset Living, a fast-growing property management firm, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florida. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across on-site properties, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Key duties include make-ready tasks, responding to work orders, and maintaining safety standards while keeping accurate logs and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions;

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes per property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend community life.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping for service requests.
