Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities in Atlanta. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance, preventative care, and timely response to resident requests.

You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, with emphasis on safety and quality. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical repair skills expected.
• HVAC EPA/CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community.
• Perform equipment maintenance and preventative tasks as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Repair or replace fixtures, plumbing, electrical components and related equipment as needed.
• Paint, weatherproofing, and routine groundskeeping as assigned.
• Maintain safety protocols and report hazards to supervisor.
• Coordinate with vendors for services like landscaping and paving.
• Ensure resident privacy and safe access during work.
• Attend required in-service trainings and maintain accurate records.
