Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventive maintenance, finishing the make-ready process for new move-ins, managing materials, and documenting all actions. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses based on location and performance.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1 & II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State and local certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance while diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by inspecting, punch-listing, scheduling, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Manages materials, supplies, equipment, and tools within the property maintenance department and reports reorder needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to accurately document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning, painting curbs, and assisting with pool areas.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using resources efficiently.

Formation

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification

Valid driver’s license
