Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards.

You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and maintain documentation while supporting safety and cost-control initiatives across property operations. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manage material flow: obtain supplies, track inventory, and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Document all service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common areas upkeep, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
