Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance on both interior and exterior building systems. The role includes coordinating with vendors, maintaining service schedules, and ensuring safety and proper operation of all mechanical systems at the property.

The position requires the ability to address emergencies within 30 minutes, while performing tasks across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and painting fields.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years general experience in building trades or handy-work.
• Ability to react and address emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintains a maintenance schedule and service due dates.
• Works in a safe manner and ensures safety of self and others.
• Inspects and maintains building mechanical systems and equipment.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Completes work orders using KWPMC system.
• Assists in minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and painting tasks as needed.
