Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across residential properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including the make-ready process and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include responding to resident and management requests, performing pool maintenance, inspecting property conditions daily, and maintaining logs and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance processes including preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records of service requests and make-ready status; assist with inventories.
• Be available for on-call emergencies at the community.
